teybrook orchard

Nestled among woodland and wildlife, Teybrook Orchard is ideal for smaller, more intimate events.

Dining and Conference Area:

We offer a spacious 60ft x 30ft Bohemia canvas marquee for dining and conference facilities.

Accommodation:

Teybrook Orchard provides various accommodations that can host up to 26 individuals in separate beds and up to 40 individuals through sharing.

Our lodgings include four yurts, four bell tents, one converted grain silo, and one shepherd’s hut. All accommodations are fully furnished with their own power supply. We can also provide more 5m bell tents for extra glamping needs on-site.

chalkney water meadows

Our stunning lakeside venue is in a water meadow surrounded by ancient woodland and offers ample space for over 200 people.

Dining and Conference Area

This is our larger venue featuring three spacious festival-style tipis.

Accommodation

We offer glamping options with 20 furnished bell tents for single or multiple occupancy (up to four people). Additional bell tents can be provided for larger overnight guest numbers.

Additionally, we have two luxury cabins, one for two people and the other for up to six, a short two-minute walk from the venue. Both cabins provide all the comforts and are situated by a beautiful lake.

To give you a flavour of some of the activities we can offer, the list includes: paddle boarding on the lake, bushcraft and survival skills, foraging cocktail making, creative classes, water zorbing, forest bathing, plenty of wellness activities and workshops, team-building activities, archery and clay pigeon shooting, giant inflatable games, carnival rides, spa treatments - we could go on!

catering

We work closely with local, professional caterers offering delicious, sustainable food with freshly prepared seasonal ingredients. From quirky vendors to BBQs, picnics, hog roasts, and paella, the options are endless. Get in touch, and we can tailor-make your event with delicious food options!

Big Potato Games

Our team at Big Potato Games had a fab experience at Browning Bros for our summer party in 2021. Having the entire place to ourselves was a real treat. The bell tents were absolutely lovely – spacious, secluded, and perfectly situated so if you went to bed early you weren't disturbed by noise at the main communal area.
There was plenty of space to play outdoor games and chill. The cosy campfire area was also great as it got later into the evening. Even the toilet and shower facilities were good!
Big thanks to the Browning Bros team for giving us such a memorable summer party. We couldn't have asked for a better venue.

We held our yearly company summer away day/party at Chalkney Water Meadows in June 2023. It was fantastic! We had a festival theme with various activities set up throughout the day, a disco in the evening, and an overnight stay in the bell tents. The events team and staff onsite couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The suppliers that were recommended were brilliant, too. The site is stunning. Everyone said it was the best summer party we’ve had! A huge thank you to the Browning Bros team.”

Becky and the team at Browning Bros were fantastic to work with and showed a great can do attitude. We hired their venue for a private festival style company event and they went above and beyond (despite the 42' heatwave) to ensure the event ran smoothly and we were looked after. The site itself was great and we loved the water activities just as much as the luxury glamping.

We held a corporate strategy event for 140 people at Browning Bros, including an overnight stay. The support from Helen and the team in the planning was invaluable; they accommodated our ideas, suggested ways of making the event better, sourced excellent suppliers (food, team building and entertainment) and filled us with confidence. They really understood what we wanted to achieve. At the event itself everything ran to the minute, the Browning Bros team working hard behind the scenes to make sure everything went to plan. Feedback from the attendees was unanimous - one of the best events they have ever attended, and far, far better than a standard off site day in a hotel.

We are a local business and booked Chalkney Water Meadows to celebrate our 40th birthday with our people and their families at a festival-style party. Our experience was superb from start to finish. As professional event organisers, it was a breath of fresh air to work with a flexible venue that went out of its way to accommodate our many requests. The suppliers they recommended were excellent, and we would book these again. All of our 250 guests raved about the venue! We had stormy July weather, however, the venue provided plenty of shelter from the British summer weather, and we soon forgot about the weather and had an excellent party at this beautiful venue. Becky was super helpful from start to finish, and Holly on the night was great. Highly recommend!
