16th, 17th and 18th May 2025

A one-off woodland restaurant. One weekend only.

This May, we’re opening up our woodland to something new.

In collaboration with The Laundry Brixton, we’re hosting a weekend of open-fire feasting, with one of London’s best neighbourhood restaurants stepping into the trees at Teybrook Orchard.

The Wild Table is more than just a pop-up, it’s a celebration of seasonality, community, and cooking outdoors. Together with Mel and her team, we’re creating an experience that honours the land, champions flavour, and invites guests to slow down and savour.

Set on our fifth-generation, family-run organic farm in the Essex countryside, this is exactly the kind of gathering we built Browning Bros for.

Meet The Laundry

The Laundry is a Brixton-based bistro and wine shop led by New Zealand-born chef and sommelier Melanie Brown. Known for its ingredient-led dishes, seasonal cooking, and relaxed atmosphere, the restaurant has become a South London favourite for good reason.

Mel brings years of experience in both kitchens and wine cellars, with a background that spans high-end hospitality and a deep knowledge of food provenance. Her food is big on flavour, low on fuss, and always rooted in what’s fresh, local, and best in season.

For this event, she’s stepping away from the pass and cooking over fire in the woods. You’ll taste the same passion and precision you’d find at her Brixton restaurant - just with a few more trees and a lot more stars.
